Your Introduction to Leadership!
2026 Dates:
London: April 18th & May 2nd
Chatham-Kent: May 30 & June 13 (Canoe Day)
At Jr. Leader, you will begin your training with the renowned Adullam Leadership Program!
You will attend 2 days full of leadership workshops led by Adullam’s trained & experienced Senior Staff.
During the two days, we offer special leadership training sessions such as How to Lead a Rotation, How to Lead When You’re Not the Leader, Leadership Styles, and more! We will be trying out different activities and games such as archery and painting. Canoeing is a highlight of this 2-day program offered only for the Chatham-Kent/Lambton session (London Junior Leaders are invited to attend as a bonus). Each day includes a chapel to learn what the Bible says about leadership. The skills you will learn are transferable to many life situations and our goal is to build confident leaders who can lead in their own communities, churches, and beyond!
On each of the two days, the program runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please bring a bag lunch.
