Dear Potential Summer Team Member,
Here is the application for the 2027 Summer Team. Please complete all parts of the
application and submit it to Julia Watson (julia.watson@adullam.ca) by Friday, November 27 at midnight for Senior staff or Friday, December 4 at midnight for summer staff.
Staff will be assigned to work at day camps and overnight camps in the Chatham-Kent area. They will be required to provide their own transportation to and from these events, as well as their own accommodation for day camps. (Note: We are happy to help arrange transportation and accommodation.)
Senior staff interviews will be held in person on Saturday, December 5 in London. Summer staff interviews will be held in person on Saturday, December 19 in London. If you would like a week off during the summer, please mention this at your interview. We will notify you of our decision concerning employment by the end of January 2027.
We require 3 reference letters. Please choose a:
- spiritual influence
- teacher or supervisor or employer
- family member or adult friend
The person writing the reference must send the letter directly to Julia Watson by November 27 (Senior staff) orDecember 4 (summer staff).
Successful applicants will receive a salary, not an hourly wage. There is a difference between the way that salary earners and wage earners think.
Adullam Camps’ Purposes:

2. To build strong Christian leaders for the 21st century through summer events for children and youth
Camp Staff are chosen based on:
1. Christian commitment & maturity
2. Interest in children & youth
3. Skills in music, art, lifeguarding, sports, and other activities
4. Willingness to work as a team
5. A fit with the team needs
