Dear Potential Summer Team Member,
Here is the application for the 2025 Summer Team. We have completed the first round of applications and are open for the second round! Please complete all parts of the application and submit it to Shari Watson (shari.watson@adullam.ca) by Friday, February 28 at midnight. The application lists the dates for the first round of applications. Please ignore those.

Staff will be assigned to work at day camps and overnight camps in the Chatham-Kent area. They will be required to provide their own transportation to and from these events, as well as their own accommodation for day camps. (Note: We are happy to help arrange transportation and accommodation.)
The second round of interviews will be held in person on Saturday, March 8 in Chatham and London. If you would like a week off during the summer, please mention this at your interview. We will notify you of our decision concerning employment by March 10th as our first staff event, the Staff Retreat takes place March 21-23.
We require 3 reference letters. Please choose a (1) spiritual influence, a (2) teacher or supervisor or employer, and a (3) family member or adult friend. The person writing the reference must send the letter directly to Shari Watson by March 8.
Successful applicants will receive a salary, not an hourly wage. There is a difference between the way that salary earners and wage earners think.
Adullam Camps’ Purposes:

Camp Staff are chosen based on:
1. Christian commitment & maturity
2. Interest in children & youth
3. Skills in music, art, lifeguarding, sports, and other activities
4. Willingness to work as a team
5. A fit with the team needs
