Meet the Senior Staff for 2010

JOSH LEIGH - SR. STAFF/TEAM CAPTAIN

Hi, my name is Josh Leigh. This is my fifth year for being on Adullam Camp Ministries team and my second year as Captain. I am attending Sheridan College in Oakville and preparing myself for the Animation programme for next year, by working on my writing skills and creating a suitable portfolio. I hope to be an animator for movie productions and writing and illustrating my own children's book. My current hobbies include drawing, reading, writing, sculpting, watching movies and learning their trivia, and playing the occasional video game. I am ecstatic about the summer ahead and can't wait to get started and discover what God has in store for all of us!

KATIE LEIGH - SR. STAFF/O.A.S.I.S CO-ORDINATOR

Hello my name is Katie Leigh, I'm 22 years of age and I am attending Fleming College in Lindsay for Fish and Wildlife Technology. I have received early acceptance in the "Outdoor Adventure Skills" programme at Fleming College for this September, and am very excited about it! I attend a College and Careers (Christian Fellowship Group), and Fairview Church in Lindsay while I am at College and also go to church at St. Paul's Congregational Church in Chatham with my family when I'm home. I am Senior Staff this year for Adullam Camp Minitries as the OASIS Co-ordinator. This will be my fifth year on staff. I am very excited about this upcoming summer! I get to plan and develop four weeks of OASIS as well as assist in leadership at other camps this summer. I'm looking forward to being with all the children at OASIS as we play and learn more about God. I'm also excited to be working with the rest of the summer team to plan the many fun activities for our camps including; Archery, Crafts, Sports, Chapel, Singsong, Campfires and so much more!!

JOHN DODMAN – SR. STAFF/HEAD LIFE-GUARD

My name is John Dodman, I’m 21, AND I LOVE JESUS! I am currently completing my first year of the Electrical Engineering Technician program at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough . In my spare time I like to; read, camp, bike, swim, sing, paddle, and think about what it would be like to have Alan Alda as a camp counsellor. I’m always up for doing something active and fun, which is why I AM SO EXCITED FOR CAMP THIS SUMMER! I can hardly wait for archery and gagaball and everything else I miss about camp! I will be head lifeguard and directing camps this summer. I’m super excited to be on board and I can’t wait to see how God works in us this summer!

ROBBIE OLENIUK: L.I.T. CO-ORDINATOR

Hi my name is Robbie Oleniuk. I am a second year student at Emmanuel Bible College in the Bachelor of Theology Pastoral Ministry Program. After graduation I plan on working as a pastor either in Canada or elsewhere in the world. This is my fourth year working at camp. Last summer I was the Team Captain for Hope Alvinston Ministries. This year I have the opportunity to be the Leader in Training Coordinator for Adullam Camp Ministries. I am excited to get to know the LIT's and see them develop as leaders and followers of Christ.
